Bottled water is ubiquitous and usually an afterthought. But it quietly impacts both the taste of our food and the look of our table. When we were introduced to Filette by a chef friend of ours it really stood out both in terms of purity of taste and presentation. At first we mistook it for a bottle of wine as it comes in a Bordeaux style bottle. The flavor is very pure which is very important when eating caviar as waters with high mineral content can impart a metallic flavor. We think that this is among the best still waters available.
